1. Purpose
Emotionally Safe Leadership™ exists to help leaders understand and transform the hidden emotional patterns that shape leadership, decision-making, communication, responsibility, trust, and sustainable success.
Every experience is designed as professional leadership development.
The purpose is not simply to help you gain knowledge, but to support meaningful integration into the way you lead yourself, your team, and your organization.
2. Scope of Services
Programs may include:
- leadership education
- executive coaching
- leadership mentoring
- assessments
- workshops
- digital courses
- live group experiences
- private coaching sessions
- downloadable resources

3. Nature of the Work
Emotionally Safe Leadership™ integrates leadership development with areas such as:
- emotional pattern recognition
- nervous system regulation
- subconscious belief transformation
- identity development
- inner child integration
- psychological safety
- leadership psychology
Although emotional experiences may naturally arise during this work, every service is delivered within the context of leadership development.
- This is not psychotherapy.
- This is not psychological treatment.
- This is not medical care.
Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.
4. Client Responsibility
Leadership transformation requires active participation.
Your results depend largely on your willingness to engage honestly with the process and consistently apply what you learn.
As a participant, you are responsible for:
- attending scheduled sessions
- completing recommended practices between sessions
- communicating openly
- applying insights within your own leadership
- making decisions that are aligned with your personal wellbeing
- seeking additional professional support whenever appropriate
You remain fully responsible for every decision you make during and after the program.
5. Coach Responsibility
Fristy Sato agrees to:
- provide a psychologically safe learning environment
- maintain professional boundaries
- deliver services with integrity and care
- protect confidentiality within legal limits
- provide leadership guidance based on the Emotionally Safe Leadership™ framework
- support your development without creating dependency
The purpose of coaching is not to make decisions for you.
The purpose is to strengthen your own capacity to make conscious decisions.
6. Professional Boundaries
This work is collaborative.
It is not based on rescuing, fixing, or creating dependency.
You may be challenged.
You may be invited to examine long-held beliefs.
You may experience emotional discomfort as new insights emerge.
This is a normal part of meaningful growth.
Respect, honesty, and mutual professionalism are expected throughout the relationship.
7. Eligibility
These programs are intended for adults who are emotionally capable of participating in reflective coaching and leadership development.
This work is generally well suited for:
- founders
- executives
- entrepreneurs
- managers
- consultants
- professionals
- coaches
- women leading teams, businesses, or meaningful initiatives
This work may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions that require clinical treatment.
If Fristy believes another form of support would better serve your wellbeing, she may recommend seeking appropriate licensed care.
8. Not Therapy
Although our conversations may explore:
- childhood experiences
- attachment patterns
- nervous system responses
- emotional conditioning
- subconscious beliefs
- survival strategies
the purpose is always leadership development.
No diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy is provided.
If you are currently experiencing severe depression, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, untreated PTSD, or another condition requiring medical or psychiatric care, these services are not an appropriate substitute.
9. Confidentiality
Everything shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential.
Information will never be intentionally disclosed without your permission except where disclosure is legally required, including situations involving serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
For group programs, confidentiality is expected from every participant.
While every participant agrees to maintain privacy, confidentiality within a group environment cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
10. Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled through Google Calendar unless otherwise agreed.
Please ensure your contact information remains current.
You are responsible for arriving on time.
Late arrival reduces the available session time.
Sessions cannot automatically be extended because of late arrival.
11. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Missed sessions without appropriate notice may be forfeited.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in termination of the coaching relationship.
12. Payment
All fees are listed on the relevant program page.
Payment confirms your place in the experience.
Payment plans remain binding until fully completed.
Choosing to discontinue participation does not cancel remaining payment obligations.
13. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
This policy exists because your enrollment reserves coaching capacity and grants access to intellectual property, educational materials, assessments, and program resources.
Please ensure the experience is the right fit before enrolling.
14. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, assessments, workbooks, videos, presentations, recordings, exercises, models, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Fristy Sato unless otherwise stated.
They are licensed for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, teach, or commercially use these materials without written permission.
15. Communication Between Sessions
Where included within your program, between-session support is intended for brief guidance, clarification, and integration.
It should not be considered unlimited coaching or crisis support.
Response times may vary.
16. Appropriate Participation
To help maintain a productive learning environment, participants agree to engage respectfully.
This includes:
- treating others professionally
- remaining open to feedback
- respecting boundaries
- communicating honestly
- contributing constructively within group environments
Harassment, discrimination, abusive communication, or repeated boundary violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
17. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Leadership development is deeply personal.
Results differ between individuals.
No guarantees are made regarding promotions, business growth, financial outcomes, relationships, leadership performance, or any other specific result.
The value of the experience depends on many factors, including your own participation and application.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fristy Sato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any program or service.
You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions throughout the coaching relationship.
19. Right to Decline or End Services
Fristy Sato reserves the right to decline applications or discontinue services when she believes the coaching relationship is no longer appropriate.
Reasons may include:
- repeated boundary violations
- abusive behaviour
- failure to comply with these terms
- situations requiring clinical care beyond the scope of coaching
- circumstances that compromise the safety or integrity of the learning environment
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
21. Acceptance
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any program or service offered by Fristy Sato, you acknowledge that:
- you have read this agreement in full
- you understand the nature and scope of the services
- you understand that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment
- you accept responsibility for your own participation and decisions
- you agree to these Terms and Conditions
